How often do you work out?

I've so far worked out twice a week with a couple of DVDs I own. Each workout is about 50 to 60 minutes long.

I've noticed I'm getting fitter because the DVD I started with 2 months ago (I was a mess after that first workout back then) now seems very easy, which is why I'm thinking of increasing my workout days to 3 or 4 times a week.

How often do you work out? And how long are your workouts?

I try to work out 5-6 days a week and I shoot for at least 30 mins. On days off I might shoot for 60. I started and stopped Jillian's body revolution but the main point I gained from it was to work different body parts on different day so I try to alternative strength training with pure cardio

Working different body parts on different days is a good point. I've been thinking I'm neglecting my upper body (arms in particular) with the workouts I do.
  • Due to PCOS and hormonal inbalance I work out 7 days a week but right now I'm using walk away the pounds so it's a challenging yet low impact all body workout. It's easy to do everyday and I don't get bored. 30-45 mins everyday.

I work out 6-7 days a week, but also 2 or 3 x/day on most week days. I do a 20-30 min. video before work, take a walk during work(sometimes), have a good 25-45 min. workout after work. Saturday and Sunday--one day will be my long(for me) run and one day will be a walk/jog or video.

I enjoy working out every day, a half hour if I am working, or more if I'm off. Sometimes I take one day a week just to do a long yoga workout, or if the weather permits (which it hasn't in awhile), I like to go biking, hiking, or snowshoeing.
I love strength training, so I try to work lower body & abs one day, upper body the next, cardio intervals the third day, then repeat, so I usually do each of those twice a week, and the 7th day is fun/rest.

I like to exercise before work; it really lifts my mood & energy to start the day!

Usually 5 - 6 days a week. I work out to Jillian Michaels dvs and at night, I like to do one of my yoga dvs to relax or Leslie Sansone's You can Do Pilates dvd.

I too like to exercise early morning as a great way to start my day.
