200 when I woke up?

okay I stuck myself when I got up and it was 200,,,,,,so confused with all of this......I understand if I subtract the fiber total from the carb total it gets me my net carbs.....well I looked back at my whole last week and its always under 100 net carbs,.....what am I doing wrong???????????????????????????help.....I'm not a fruit or veg person but I'm trying.....suggestions....will change my thing so all can see my food log.....appreicate suggestions

    I looked back at the last several days of your food diary and it seems heavy for carbs at dinner. Maybe try to balance them more and spread them throughout the day? And I know you aren't someone who is into exercise...but maybe a little stroll after dinner? Those are both probably worth a try. I know it's frustrating and sometimes you need to just adjust things a bit...good luck.:flowerforyou:

    I don't do the "net carbs" thing. I use the full carb count because I would be too tempted to go over. But that's me. :)

    What have your levels been after meals? Are you on medication?
