Bed time for Bonzo! Ok ladies, we are working our tushes off and fueling up on good stuff and not forgetting to drink our water. Now let's be sure that we are getting our optimal beauty rest. I know what you are thinking: "We are all too beautiful as it is, it wouldn't be fair to society." I know, I couldn't agree more. But just to be on the safe side let's aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. I know this is tough for all of us, adulthood, jobs, stress, kids, money, husbands/fiances (wishing you could eat that piece of cake without feeling guilty) all run through our heads and keep us awake. I found this handy dandy pinterest link to a website that calculates when you need to fall asleep to get your optimal sleep cycles. Just enter what time you need to get up and it gives you a list of times you should go to sleep. Check it out and sweet dreams!
