I'm back. Trying to fail less on this whole fitness kick.

I ordered a BodyMedia FIT to hopefully give myself a better idea of what my actual daily calorie burn is. I'm hoping it will make me more aware of what I am doing.

My goal for next month is to do 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. I am planning a 30-60 minute walk around noon and then some other workout type thing around 3 or 4ish.

What are your goals?
