Been Quiet
I'm back. Trying to fail less on this whole fitness kick. I ordered a BodyMedia FIT to hopefully give myself a better idea of what my actual daily calorie burn is. "Keep Running" Challenge take Two
Let's try to get 50 miles in during the month of June. Run, walk, bike, jog, elliptical - whatever you want to do to get those miles in.
April Challenge
I am changing the April challenge. Do 1 extra push up every day. April 1 - 1 push up April 2 - 2 push ups April 3 - 3 push ups Etc, etc, etc. See? The number of push ups you do should be the same as the date. By the end of the month 30 should be no big deal, right?
Killjoy "Keep Running" Challenge
I am calling this the Keep Running Challenge because I am completely obsessed with the story of the Killjoys, but that doesn't mean you have to run. I don't really care what you do.
