Woot!! Woot!! Week 8 is here!! We're at the halfway mark of Turbo Fire!! To make it easier to do the comparison from when we started to now, please post your before and after photo side by side if you can. I'm actually not even sure if I know how to do that...Lol. Don't forget to provide your previous and current weight & measurements also. Remember, YOU HAVE TIL SUNDAY, MARCH 3RD TO POST but you can post any day this. Let's go ladies. We can help one another through this last stretch of Turbo Fire!! Who's with me???
Please! Please! Please!....Post your pictures, even if you didn't lose any weight or so any significant change. We tend to be our worst critics sometimes and don't notice the progress we're making but others can tell.
Now...on with this week's challenge...
Mon: Burn at least 750 calories. Post your burn and what you did and you will learn 35 pts.
Tues: Try any vegetarian dish and post the recipe (even if you didn't like it...Lol) to earn yourself 50 pts.
Wed: Doing any strength training will earn you 35 pts
Thur: Chug-a-lug ladies!! Drink at least 8 cups of water and earn 35 pts. Drink a gallon (128 oz) and earn 75 pts.
Fri: Choose a Turbo Fire workout for your teammate!! (Please post by Thur evening so that early risers know which workout to do for Fri). You earn 75 pts. ONLY if you do the assignment workout!! Going in alphabetical order....
