Do we have anyone here in Maine (or NH) who does any hiking? Anyone who might be interested in some good day, or couple-day trips, or an assault on Mt. Katahdin?

If you head out this summer there should be a lot of people out on the Appalachian Trail. You would meet a lot of interesting people and maybe even find a partner to head up Mt Katahdin.

I hiked the Knife Edge a couple years ago. Man! That was the scariest and the toughest hike I ever did.
I've also done some hiking in Acadia N.P.
I do want to get up and hike the area around Evans Notch.0
