Hi everyone:
Just wanted to say that I did go to the "hi/lo" class this afternoon. It was really quite nice. Julie did the class. I do enjoy these 1/2 hour classes that Brenda puts together for us. Anyway, if this class is offered again, you should give it a try. Julie told me that this class is also called "feeling fit" and is held on every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am.

I also enjoyed this class. It was a lot less complicated than Zumba and I think Julie was great!0

I agree with you Krista...... When I did the zumba - it made me realized how very uncoordinated I am. It really wasn't any fun for me.
BTW - it was good to see you "in person" last night.......

Thanks Charlene, It was great to see you to. I am sorry I left so quickly, I started to get hot flashes and got really nauseous for some reason. I think I may have over did it a little on the cardio yesterday. I felt so sick all night. I think I burned to many calories and did not take in enough for my body to function properly. I definitely think I learned my lesson.0
