Hi:
Was wondering if anyone would like to share any "food finds" that currently work for them.
I myself have major problems with nighttime eating.........I often have a serving of the special K popcorn chips (butter flavor) in the evening. I'm also fond of the Healthy Choice greek frozen yogurt - vanilla flavor.
And, I find a can of soup with a pack of veggies added to it (along with a cocopop) is a very filling lunch.......
Anyone have something to add?

I really like to have a coco pop with peanut butter in the afternoon. Also I found eating protein like a hard boiled egg, keeps me satisfied till dinner. Night time is bad for me also. I always feel I need something sweet after dinner, which I usually do but I make sure I have room for it in my calorie count and measure it.0

I like to eat pistachios at night. A 1/2 cup in the shells is only 160 calories and they are pretty filling. Another nighttime snack that I enjoy is the Smart Foods 100 calorie packs of white cheddar popcorn, really yummy and you get a good amount in each bag! I hope this helps. I am a night time snacker as well. Also try and drink water instead of eating it will fill you up.0

I think nighttime eating is a problem for lots of us...... It's almost come to a point where I just want to go to sleep earlier and earlier each night so that I don't overeat at night. I know it's crazy and I am determined to work on some sort of solution to this problem that is dragging me down!
