Hello all! My name is Jeremey and i just wanted to introduce myself. Newest member to Thirty Somethings. I've been actively wroking out and eating right now for about three years. Have lost approx 30 lbs all together, and am now working on toning and tightneing abdominal region and adding a little lean mass to upper body (the vanity muscles as they are sometimes called). If anyone knows of any plans that have worked for them in the tummy tightening area I would be more than happy to try them out. And, of course, anyone needing an extra boost, or moral support I like to think I can help out there.
