Killer abs

I started this dvd last Friday, and I love it so far, mind you I have only done week 1 3x. I am going to do each level for 10 days, just like 30DS. I have taken measurements and such. So here is to another 30 days of Jillian kicking my as*!!! Hopefully I will see good results.

I am on week six, level 3. Today and tomorrow are my last day and then I am done! I got a little bored so yesterday I threw in No More Trouble Zones, now I am a little afraid about the plank moguls, mountain climbers, and ab holds because my shoulders are killing me this morning!
It's a great dvd-I see a difference in my lower ab area. Good luck and keep up the great work.0 -

I personally think they are equally as hard, just different. I feel like I had better results from Killer Abs than 6w6p.0

How are these workouts set up? I am doing the 90 day revolution, but was wanting to add another workout with that soon. My wedding is in 7 weeks, so need to step it up a notch!0
