    I had a walk/run more walk than run at lunch time. It felt good so nice outside.

    me and my boys (5&7) walked today after school Only about 20 walk but still its good just to be out and active. even got a little sun burn ....I didn't know I was going to walk it was cold and hour before and beautiful after the got out of school.
