I started Week 9 this week. I was sick last week, so I got behind a bit.
Mon - HIIT 15 + Sculpt 30 - burned 296 calories
Tues - Fire 45 - burned 502 calories0 -
Week 10 Workouts
Mon - HIIT 20 + Tone 30 -- 415 calories burned
Tues -- Fire 45 + Abs 10 -- 460 calories burned
Wed -- REST DAY
Thurs -- HIIT 25 + Sculpt 30 -- 460 calories burned
Fri -- Fire 55 EZ Class -- 470 calories burned
Sat -- HIIT 20 + Tone 30 -- 410 calories burned
I'm proud to say that the Tone 30 workout actually seems to be getting a little easier for me. My quads aren't on fire like they were the first few weeks of doing it.
