Level 2-Day 4 done! 14 days down...16 days to go! Getting better...nowhere near smooth but better! I'm so happy when it's over!

I'll probably recover about day 10 of Level 2, then Level 3 will start the hurt all over again!!! bwahahahah! Great fun, no???0

hahahaha, I am right there with you. But I do find level 2 to be challenging, but better than level 1. I feel my stamina has improved a great bit, but those last ab planks seem like they go on forever.
How does that old saying go.... "no pain, no gain" :-)0 -
Im also on L2D4 and I am finding it is getting easier although I can't really do the jumping jacks as it makes my right knee hurt so Ive been doing the jump rope instead and Im doing the easy versions of the planks as I find all the jumping around makes my knee hurt too but I don't want to stop doing it altogether so am just trying to take it easy.
Im hoping that level 3 isn't somuch jumping around as it is just aggrevating my knee so much.
I think im going to do 11 days of this level as I only did 9 days of level 1 and will then do the full 10 of level 3.0
