Still a very stressful time for me. Much better personally, but much to do for work. Still painting, cleaning, sewing, and moving containers. I have been labeling the containers so that It will be easier to know what is in them Pushups every day, and alot of walking.
This challenge has kept me on track, but I think no more challenges for me. I am a few lbs from goal weight. This is it. I can take it slow for the last of the wieght I want to lose.
Congratulations to everyone!0 -

I am said to say I did not meet the challenge goal :-( I am not sure what is going on with my body lately. I have been workng out a lot more and did well eating this week (last weekend was rought). I am hoping some of that weight is my muscles holding water to repair themselves.. I have greatly enjoyed these challenges!! thank you!0 -

I DID IT!! I lost 7.7lb in 7 weeks.
Good things about this week - making this goal and starting training for my half marathon (I've been training a week and I've already run 12K without any breaks - no huffing and puffing when I finished either)
Nothing much bad this week - I was tired a lot and hungry, but I think that's all part of my new training schedule and uni starting back up.0 -

Yippee! The weight came back off and I'm back on track.
Thanks Leila, your challenge has been a wonderful incentive. You say you've been stuck at this point, but I hope you've gotten something out of it too. I am more than happy to join any challenge you may run in future. If not, I want to thank you profusely for keeping us focused and accountable!!
I can relate to the plateau situation (and I think you can't compare yourself with anyone else - you need other stats, like height, and age etc) - I was stuck for several weeks and lots of hard work a while back. And then it's like my body clicked on again. Now I can see it's going to slow down for these last 5 pounds. What I like about your last challenge was looking at the exercise part of this. From reading forums here on getting to the next level, adding strength training is big for lots of peeps. Anyway, stay strong!
Cheers,
Julie
