Anyone gain weight when starting the C25 K

Hey,
I just started the C25K program and I am on W2D1...... I also have been doing the ellptical in between the days I run. I was so excited to weigh and when I did I weighed MORE like 1.5 pounds more and havn't lost anything.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Very dissappointing because I am doing this for weight loss.

I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I've just stayed the same, even though I am at the gym 5 days a week. But I'm not doing it for weight loss, so it doesn't bother me at all.
I don't know if this is right, but I've read this question by others int he forums and the answer is usually that when starting a new exercise program its normal to gain a little bit...I don't remember the reasoning behind it though.0 -
