Fell off the wagon now back again!

Like the title says I lost some weight then kind of stopped. I then gained a bit of it back which got me motivated to actually get to it and not mess around this time. I have clearly set goals that I plan to religiously follow so I can reach my endgame within this year or the next.

I could definitely use some friends and inspiration because the house I live in is not really diet or keto friendly.. So that's my story Thanks! This is also the first time I will be fully committing to keto for more then a week no matter what so I might have a couple of questions. I would most appreciate any help or whatever else.

    Start adding friends. You'll be able to view their diaries and share your own. There is a reddit keto group with an "add me" thread. It's a great way to identify people with similar goals to your own that you can add.
