I was battling with Aunt Flo this past week so I saw a weight gain on weigh in day. To keep myself motivated I've been trying to focus on all of the non-scale victories that I've experienced in the past week.
1. I lost 4 inches. What? That's crazy. :-)
2. I have so much more energy.
3. Every day level 1 gets easier. The first day I couldn't finish all of the exercises but now I can do it all and with weights!
4. Everyday activities like stairs and running to catch the bus are easier and don't leave me huffing and puffing like they used to.
5. I'm almost down a pant size! I can put on my old jeans and button them, but they're just a touch too tight to wear comfortably all day. Next week for sure!
I can't wait to see whats happens after all 30 days.

That's' great! I need to focus on the small victories other then scale numbers as well. I have low thyroid and very low levels of progesterone which are making it difficult but I am trying to be positive and your post is a great reminder! Thanks!0
