Squatting variations - what type are you doing?

I was just wondering who is doing what types of squats for this challenge (eg weighted? if so what weight are you doing? bodyweight, sumo etc)... and what your goal is for the end of this - obviously the 200 reps, but what do you want to gain by doing this (eg strength, tone, short shorts!?)?

- I have been doing bodyweight cos I've been doing mine at home and don't have weights. But they're too easy atm, so I'm going to change to squat-jumps to make it more of a challenge.
- I'd like to increase strength and tone (and hopefully speed up my chances of wearing short shorts sometime in the near future ;)

    Depending on whats available to me, i'll do them with 10's, 12's, textbooks, or just body weight.

    If i remember i'll do my squats with a press to work on my upper body as well.
