everyone knows about the quick add calories option on MFP, but what about people like us who track macronutrients. If you cant find a certain food in the database but know the macros you can create a quick add macros meal. to do this just go to your food diary and choose "add food" from one of your empty meals. in the search bar type in 1 gram protein then choose it from the matching foods list. check the nutrional info and make sure the only thing it has is 4 calories, then hit "add to food diary". repeat the process for 1 gram carbs (4 cals) and 1 gram fat (9 cals). after all the macros are in you meal hit the "quick tools" button under the meal and hit "remember meal" name the meal macros or quick add macros and thats it! tracking macros just became even easier!
