new and looking for friends

Hi, I am a SAHM mom with 3 girls. Exercise is the easy part for me...I do it 6 days a week. It is the snacking that I struggle with. Looking for friends to form a support system to encourage each other. :)

    I have a 7 yr old daughter, work full time mom, but have had major training obstacles these past months and I'm struggling to find a new balance. I need to adjust and find new motivations and snacking is my first goal to get under control.
