Hello, I'm new to this group and looking for friends. I am 53 years old with three kids and one grandson, who is six! I work as a LPN in a nursing home. I also have trouble with my knees, and am hoping losing weight will help me. I'm having trouble staying motivated and I am hoping to gain the will power I had before the holidays.
