Hello, I'm new to this group and looking for friends. I am 53 years old with three kids and one grandson, who is six! I work as a LPN in a nursing home. I also have trouble with my knees, and am hoping losing weight will help me. I'm having trouble staying motivated and I am hoping to gain the will power I had before the holidays. Add me and let's help each other!

    Welcome to the group! We try and encourage each other in here we do weekly challenges and cheer each other on in our regular news feed.

    I am Melissa I am married and work as a real estate agent. I have a lot of weight to lose and have had a couple set backs but I have rededicated and am back to making some progress. Work has been busy and I am also in school to become a real estate broker!
