Hi all,
Per Joycme's excellent suggestion, I am adding a spot where we can share our restaurant experiences. For example, one group member mentioned that Ruby Tuesday's has some great Plan-friendly options.
Have you discovered any restaurants that have foods that fit The Plan? If so, please share them here and tell us what dishes you recommend.
Have you tried restaurant meals that appeared to be Plan-friendly but caused a reaction? If so, feel free to share those experiences as well so we all can learn from each other's experiences.
