A few tips when you travel!!

Prepare ahead of time!!
Flight : bring healthy snacks, eat a healthy breakfast, water!!
Hotel: make sure the hotel your staying at has a fitness center
get up early before your day starts go workout!!
Eating out: you can always order grilled chicken or fish,
salad, plan bake potato.
do as much walking as you can.

Just remember to eat clean!! Enjoy your Trip!!
