How are folks recording this in their Exercise Diary??????? It's not listed on its own . . . (aerobics general? aerobics high intensity?)

    Thanks for your help!

I'm game to join. Not sure about something though. I have an injured right wrist. I have the video but haven't watched it yet. Is there weight lifting involved? If so, I'll do left hand AND what I can, but have to leave the right out for now. We'll see how it goes!!!

This is going to be difficult for you. There is a lot of weight lifting, pushups and planks...

I'm using 3kg per dumbbell, what is everyone else doing ? The weight is too light for chest flys and dumbbell
Rows but too heavy for squat press and bicep lunges.

    Congrats on pushing yourself today!

I use 4kg per dumbbell now, but this is my 2nd round. During the 1st round I used 2kg, 3kg and 4kg depending on the exercise (anterior arm raises... hate these). And yes, 4kg still feels too light for the chest fly but that's the heaviest weight I own so far.

And do not stress about the scale. It's usually water gain.

Hi Everyone! I am looking for someone who would be willing to do these 30 days, but be my partner in crime. I know we're all together here, but I need to have someone stay accountable with me and ask me how it's going. I am going through a lot right now, and I don't have any support here where I'm at. Is there anyone else that is needing this sort of thing too who would be willing to put themselves out there for this month with me? Thanks guys.

    Hi!

I'm going for round two! I did it a few months ago (started November 1st, ended December 9th) and lost 10lbs and several inches then. I moved onto Ripped in 30 right after, but got off track with that and just (barely) finished that program a couple days ago. Decided to give 30 Day Shred another go with heavier weights. Hoping it'll get me back into the circuit training groove and tone up some of those areas where I'm still hanging onto extra pudge :)

Last time I started with 2lb. weight and moved up to 3lb. weights. This time I'm starting with 5lb. weights and will move up to 8lb. weights if I get there :)

It's the anterior raises and bicep curls. I can't do as many reps with 3kgs without short breaks and the last one is always messy.

I will really think its something if I can keep up with those guys!!

Got home last night with every intention of starting this, sat down on the sofa for 5 minutes and fell asleep.
Been absolutely drained all week from getting up at 5am every morning.
Anyway, I will start today and do it twice to make up for what I was supposed to do yesterday.

WOW! Day 5. I'm actually doing okay with this and my wrist! I just changed up a few things that I can't do, and did the rest that I CAN do. Getting easier as I go along and hope by day 10 I can start level 2!

Keep going ladies! Trust me, if I can do it, so can you! YAY! GO US!!!!!
