Whinge of the Day

Slept like hell. Kept waking up because I was too hot, or too cold, or too uncomfortable. Woke up and rolled out of bed a 5am, sick of the world and the struggle to sleep, to find out that I hurt everywhere.

Existing is a b!tch.

What's more, I feel obligated to walk to the pool and do an aqua fitness class and then walk back, when I feel hardly able to bend.

I did full body squats yesterday, plus knee raises. This is why it's so hard to get the motivation up to exercise. Why would I deliberately make myself hurt like this all the time? Having a bad back is enough trouble, and I don't even have to do anything for it to bother me.

*sigh*

That said, I'm going to try some stretching. And try to suck it up. Even though I just want to take a flamethrower to the universe.
