Ok, I did my measurements and took some pictures.
I updated my profile picture and measurements today.

I'll go first!


Height;: 5ft 6
Weight 190 last time I checked.
chest: 40 inches
Waist: 38 inches
Hips: 43.5 inches
Rthigh: 24.5 inches Lthigh: 24 inches
calf: 16 inches (both)
upper arms: 12.5 inches (both)

    That's ok, I totally skipped measuring my "belly" (gut) because ew. Ok I'm going to go measure it.

  • Well here goes nothing! These are post-workout measurements because I had to get my Shred in before my husband came home to take over the TV.

    Weight: 172.5 (this morning)
    Size: 14
    Chest: 38"
    Waist: 37.5"

    LArm: 13.25"

    I have no frickin' clue how to post my "before" pics that I just took, so I guess those will just be for me. Maybe in 30 days I'll have figured it out and can do a side-by-side. :tongue:

    Ok. I used my p90x calculator sheet which tells me my body fat percentage also

    Right thigh: 22

    Percentage body fat: 21.06
    Lean body mass: 110.51
    Fat Mass: 29.49

    The proper place to take your chest measurement is the widest part of your chest. Not necessarily your boobs but the tops of 'em. Measuring below your bra (under your boobs- the rib cage if you will) is your band measurement.

    I buy a lot of clothes online- I'm pretty familiar with measuring myself. LOL.

    This is my second round of the Shred. I first did it in June and saw some awesome results. I was 140 lbs at the time and I shed only about 3 lbs but I was able to shave off 8.5 inches all over. For that reason, taking measurements is the most important part of this program. So here goes attempt #2:

    Height: 5'1"
    CW: 128lbs
    Bust: 34"
    Chest: 31"
    Waist: 28.5"
    Hips: 37.75"
    Thighs: 20.5"
    Calves: 13.25"
    Upper Arms: 10.5"

    Hi All!!! I have been doing the shred for the past couple weeks... not diligently tho... so I am completely in for the 30 days!! Here are my starting measurements:

    Weight: 145lbs

    With my fancy scale:
    BMI: 26.2
    Fat%: 40.2%
    Muscle%: 24.3
    Body Age: 43 (SERIOUSLY!?!?! I'm 28... so not cool, but GREAT motivation!)

    So glad I found this group and can't wait to see everyone's results!! As soon as I figure out how to post before pics... I will... sigh
