Ok, I did my measurements and took some pictures.
I updated my profile picture and measurements today.
I'll go first!
Height;: 5ft 6
Weight 190 last time I checked.
chest: 40 inches
Waist: 38 inches
Hips: 43.5 inches
Rthigh: 24.5 inches Lthigh: 24 inches
calf: 16 inches (both)
upper arms: 12.5 inches (both)

Well here goes nothing! These are post-workout measurements because I had to get my Shred in before my husband came home to take over the TV.

The proper place to take your chest measurement is the widest part of your chest. Not necessarily your boobs but the tops of 'em. Measuring below your bra (under your boobs- the rib cage if you will) is your band measurement.
I buy a lot of clothes online- I'm pretty familiar with measuring myself. LOL.0 -
