The challenge for March is to MOVE IT TO LOOSE IT!
Nominate how many minutes a week you will be exercising for and then at the end of each week report how you did. Exercise can be anything from swimming, to walking, to DVD to pushups. Whatever you like for as long as you like.
Oh, there is one catch, each week you have to increase the amount of time you are going to move by at least 10 mins

March 1- 7 - I will MOVE IT for 320 mins for the week. Thats 45 mins per day.0

Hopefully I do better on this month's challenge than the last one!
Okay, my goal is 400 minutes for the first week. I have no job, so I should be able to do this! Time to get my butt into gear!0 -
My goal is 30 min a day so I believe that is 210 minutes.0

I did LOTS of ab challenge catch up, dumbbell strength exercises, then a 30 minute Turbo Jam, mainly because I knew I was going out to dinner and a charity event this evening and there would be lots of calorie consumption.
I would have left it at that, but my carefully planned meal was thrown off by the addition of an appetizer, and my two pre-planned glasses of champagne at the event were supplemented by waiters passing out an endless supply of hors d'oeuvres, and I couldn't resist the tiny custard and fruit tart and two teeny squares of rich fudgey moist chocolate cake.
So I had to run to the pool as soon as I got home and did 35 minutes of laps.0 -

Goal 315 mins, so far 80 mins, lol, better go a bit harder. It doesnt help that hubby makes social plans and doesnt tell me, grrr, missed the gym because we went out.0

I'm game... I normally work out an hour and half daily every morning.. So I will put my goal as 630 min this week...0

Yesterday 85 mins - walking the dog and power class
Today 75 mins - c25k and mma class
Week to date 240, 75 to go.
I should do it easy, will have to increase next weeks goal!0 -
Ummm I definitely need to up my goal next week.

Mar 1 -105 minutes (LOTS of ab challenge, strength exercises, Turbo Jam, Swim)
Mar 2 - 180 minutes (hiking)
Mar 3 - 70 minutes (kickball scrimmage, walk with DH)
Mar 4 - 170 minutes (walk to gym, elliptical, ab challenge, strength exercises)
Total: 525
I'll see what I finish this week at and will try to beat it next week.0 -
I'm going to tried to this for March - estimating 500 a week. I'm going to try to pull this off.

Mar 2 Saturday 21 mins
Mar 3 Sunday was 40 mins
Today was 59 mins.
Total of 157 mins so far. Nothing is going to break my stride, I got to keep on moving.0 -
So we ended up in the ER with a sick toddler the other night so 2 full days of exercise missed. Should still hit tArget though! 30 mins this morning so 225 so far this week.0

Hi All,
My goal is 30 minutes, 5 days a week so... 150 minutes. (March 1- 10th).
I've been able to accomplish this (mostly) by walking. Instead of taking the metro or bus, just walking.

I o running each morning and have done for months. Yesterday hubby grumbled that I should have woken him so he could come. Look out hubby, your about to get woken up!0

Well I fell off the face of the earth for awhile, and didn't exercise the last 3 days of the week. Ended 3/1-3/7 at 525.
