    I'm new to MFP and love yoga! 108 days of straight yoga is an awesome challenge... and one I hope to try after a trip this weekend.

    For those of you looking for videos/DVDs, I recently discovered some podcasts on itunes. Some of these are just audio, some have video. I just searched Yoga and I've downloaded classes that range from 15min segments to entire 90 minute classes.

    I know a lot of you are already in the process of doing 108 days of yoga but I'm looking at starting a summer one on 1st June (Saturday). Is anyone interested in joining me?

    My intention for this is to incorporate regular yoga practice into my lifestyle and existing exercise routine so I will be doing the following for the 108 days:

    - Complete 10 minute practice after exercise every day
    - Complete 30 minutes Astanga primary practice minimum 3 x per week
    - Complete at least one 10 minute long meditation daily

    Hope some of you will join me and make it your own :-)

    just finished day 101!

    Amazing! How do you feel? What are some of the changes you have noticed since Day 1?

    I think I am at day 148 now...kind of over shot the 108. But it's all infinite time and no worries, isn't it? I feel great. Look forward to it so much and even when I am pressed for time and think..I'll just do 10 minutes - I end up doing 45 or more. I have noted differences..eagle is much better, dancer feels great, ..still afraid of wheel,but can do wild thing from down dog and I can get my heels down in dog! A 1st for me..not all the time,but often if I have down good preparation. My 2013 intentions has been for strength, wisdom and patience. And of course..some days are better than others! Namaste!
