c25k week one - is it ok to do week 1 twice?

Just done my 3rd run of wk1 and wondering how big a step up it is in week 2 or whether it would be ok to do week 1 for a second week before advancing?

I was really nervous to start week 2 (it took me several weeks to get to a point where I could complete week 1), but it wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought. I'm doing W2D3 tomorrow, and completed the first two days of the week successfully. The actual amount of running doesn't go up much, so it was much more of a mental challenge than a physical one.
Ultimately, you can always repeat days and weeks if you feel you need to. But, if you successfully completed week 1, move forward and try week 2. I bet you can do it!0 -
My rule of thumb is that, if you've completed previous day, you're ready for the next session. The program is designed that way.
If you have trouble completing any of the runs, that's a signal that you're going too fast. Try week 2 and let us know how it goes for you. And good for you for starting the program!0
