I think I finish this challenge a couple of days after Easter Sunday... I don't know! I might add another couple of days on for good measure but so far I've been keeping up with the challenge, even if I haven't been checking in here every day - so I'm feeling rather pleased!!
Currently on 30DS which I do when I get home from work and walk for the school run. Weekends are easier to fit time in to do extra exercise. I work as a teacher but I'm also a student until the end of the year too, so it kinda annoys me when people go "you really haven't got any more time you can give to exercise?" and I'm like "no! I'm up to my eyes in paperwork literally every evening with work, study, plus I have a family to look after and a home to run as well!" 20 minutes of 30DS and a half hour walk during the week will simply have to do!
I read some really inspiring stuff that you guys have been doing as far as exercising goes and I know you guys are going to get the results you want come Easter Sunday!

I went through and counted my days ahead of time. I actually used exercise notes to label each day to help me keep track. It's alright if you haven't been posting. We're here for support, advice, and motivation. :)

Also, 30 min walk is great exercise. PLUS you're doing 30 DS. That's great! A workout doesn't have to be two hours long. In fact, the most effective workouts are often only 30-45 min long. You will still see results. :)
