Here is a visualization that helps me get focused.

I see myself eating food that is good for me most of the time. I see myself as a person who moves and is active but doesn't obsess.

I see myself slender in a beautiful dress, turning eyes at my transformation

I see myself as confident and happy

I see myself as an example to others

I do not use words like cheat or day off or other diet terms.

I use words like treat and enjoyment, positive words to describe those times when I have a glass of wine or chocolate or a sweet.

I know that life is to be enjoyed and the journey to my slender self is to be an enjoyable one full of abundance not deprivation.

I am worthy not because I am slender, I am worthy anyway. I just want to be slender because of the advantages to my overall mental and physical well being.

I see myself as a success before I lose the weight. I see the weight loss as the natural process of becoming all of who I am.
