half with weights half without

Some one in my house lost my1pound weights and 3 pounds were too heavy at some points. So I did half with and half without. Will see. Im hoping and praying I can stick to this. Motivation is a big struggle along with binge eating.

    I don't have weights so I used soup cans. I'm going to work my way up to water bottles filled with sand.

    It sounds funny, I know but honestly I'm all about making what I have work.
  • Something is better than nothing! Canned goods, water bottles, whatever works!

    I started shredding Jan 28 using soup cans. Today I was able to use 8 lb weights for some of the Level 1 exercises. Just stay at it and make sure you have your support network (even if it's only MFP) at hand. That'll help keep you motivated!
