I think that making a plan is very important. Grocery shopping is important. Cooking is important.
And I think understanding that even with the best laid plans things can get out of whack.
Here is my plan.
Goal. to lose 40lbs.
Time frame March 1 to July 1
Weigh in. Wednesdays
I will record in the MFP food plan every day to the best of my ability. Sometimes in advance of what I have eaten
Positive steps
Food: Breakfast smoothie
Lunch: sometimes a green smoothie, sometimes a soup or salad
Dinner: home cooked, with a salad(I'm a great cook)
snacks..generally veggies, fruit or home made wheat-free coconut balls
Fluids
Lemon/cucumber/mint/ginger water 2l per day
One green tea
Coffee as much as I want with cream
Chocolate and wine on the weekend in moderation
Exercise...to be determine...I have a gym membership, thinking of asking my mother to watch the kids three evenings a week to go to the gym..but I also love to walk...I write while the kids are in school so no free time.
Maybe I'll do squats and pushups every day.
Husband's job is changing where he might be home every evening..late but home...I have no issue with working out at 10pm every night..I'm a night owl anyway!
