Calorie intake

Hi aim 58 yrs old female . Height 4ft 11ins weigh 9st 7lbs. I train 5 days a week for 1 hr . 2 of those days with pt . Rest on my own trainning a mixture of weights and cardio . Can't seem to lose weight my diet very strict no rubbish . My pt has managed to get me to increase my cal from 900 to 1400 . I am toneing up but can't lose weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat. Some days I do couple of other trainning sessions . Swim a mile or walk for an hour very brisk pace . . Where am I going wrong. Thanks 18352.
