Hello I'm new to fitnesspal and wanted to introduce myself. I'm 28 and am fairly active. I am working on building lean muscle mass and get fit and toned for my best summer ever. I'm also training for the tough mudder obstical course event this June. I have a bit of personal training background (completed a training course for my personal knowledge).
