1 simple thing...Elderberry Extract.You can get at your local health food store.It is around $16 .Works miracles.I have been on 3 rounds of antibiotics and 4 different meds to help a,plus tamiflu.Nothing has helped me .Been fighting it for a month or better.So I start taking this , nothing else has worked, at the recommendation of the store owner when I go into get my gluten free supplies for my kiddo.2 doses and hello I can breath,my throat stopped hurting, and I stopped coughing.Warning it is thick and syrupy in liquid form and tastes bitter :drinker: but it does the job.Thought I'd share for those suffering and getting no relief like I was.it is also safe for kids to take.Talk your dr of course and the health food store person but I had to rave.
