Sorry I forgot to post this topic sooner. I am up a pound this week. :frown: I know it is just a number, but it is depressing me and making me feel defeated. I need to get my head in the game and begin again in the morning. Haven't worked out the past couple of days either. Not good!

It's just a number. Mine is jumping a little bit--213.8 to 214.4. I'm not complaining--I feel as if I'm making good progress.0

I'm up a litlle too. Had lowest loss for a month since I started 16 months ago. .8 lb for the month of Feb. I'm still having trouble getting my exercise done.0
