Daily Squat Totals

Morning All
I've already been doing 100 squats/day as part of an at-home regime as I can't get to the gym due to a broken arm - looking at the list of daily squats, this means I'm OK till Day 9, no?
Also - do we check in and record when we've completed the daily total? Is there going to be a new thread each day for that?

Hi goodmorning every day i'll be posting a topic depending on the day, eg today is day 2 - 30 day squat challenge.
Everyone should post in that one thread so that we don't have a bunch of threads and that way i can keep track of everyone's progress. much easier. Thakyou Happy Squatting Everyone!!!0 -
