Today is day five for me, but I have to go to work so I will do it tonight along with extra cardio.

In five short days my body has already begun to change.

I did not believe a 20 minute work out could do this ! And whilst I have done extra cardio it is my muscles that are becoming more defined.

There are only a couple of moves I hate (squat/press and side lunge/anterior raises) but that is mostly because I am using heavy weights. I will complete those moves before day ten though. I am super confident.

I can do ten normal press ups in a row now and that's amazing as my upper body strength does not match that of my lower body.

More than that though, I feel great.

Stick with it guys. It's 20 minutes and in five days I guarantee you will feel 100% better than you do today
