I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it the whole week. How did you guys' day six go? personally ski abs and in and out abs kill me. lol

I pushed myself much harder this time, instead of being in a heap not doing anything I pushed to do 4 or 5 of each of the plank ones. THEY KILL ME. Although I probably shouldnt have pushed myself that much cos I threw up shortly after I finished the workout but I'm feeling ok now0

Great job ladies. Today was my first day making it through the entire warm up without taking a break. A small accomplishment but still an accomplishment.0

there was an obvious improvement today.. my balance was quite poor, i used to be very wobbly whenever i stood on one foot but not anymore! BUT the push-ups really killed me today! :frown:
so far i'm happy i finished the first week! :blushing:0 -
