Hey everyone!

A month ago I posted about how I have no willpower and need help! You guys gave me the encouragement to just do it. And I did! Unfortunately, I wouldn't say I'm anywhere close to perfect, but bit by bit I've been trying to follow the recommendations in the Primal Blueprint. I'd like to think I'm following the 80/20 rule but honestly I'm more at maybe 70/30, which is an improvement from last months' 50/50--LOL.

Anyway along with striving to reduce carbs and avoid the bad stuff I've started lifting 2-3 times a week. Together I'm making some progress! I've lost 2 inches from my waist, 3 from my abdomen, and 1 from my hips! :) And I've bounced around a lot weightwise, but today the scale thinks I've gone from 186 lbs down to 181lbs this month (moving my BMI--admittedly a somewhat bogus measurement---from "OBESE" to "OVERWEIGHT"!)

All of that with a lot of cheats! Next month I hope I can really get to that 80/20 level, and then maybe a whole30? Who knows!

    Congrats! :) I'm glad to hear about your success - and especially glad to hear about the lifting; that is badass.

    Oh, and btw, let me know when you're doing the Whole30 - I've been considering doing one again, too, and I figure it'll be better off if support is in numbers. :P
