I'm feeling it in my thighs and shoulders. I feel like I should be doing level 2 since 1 seemed a little easy but my knees are so bad I dont want to move up to soon. :ohwell:0

I just did day 3 yesterday... I feel the soreness in my arms,chest, and inner thighs. Eventhough I struggled thru the abmominal excersises, I'm not feeling sore AT ALL in my abdomen.. I hope I'm doing these correctly!

I didn't start to feel it in my abs until yesterday morning.
I did some pretty core intensive yoga on my "day off" on sunday though.0
