This may be a dumb question but...

Ok, can someone ease my slight confusion?
I started 2 days ago, but when I bought it, there were 3 episodes, Levels, 1, 2 and 3.
Does that mean that you repeat the same workout every day for 10 days, then switch levels?
I'm doubting myself because I was a big underwhelmed with the 25 minute workout. Maybe its because I have a background in bootcamps and personal training, but I didnt see how that Level 1 workout would catapult me into their advertised 20 pounds and xx inches lost in 30 days. I'm also surprised there isnt more versatility in the program.
Anyone know wassup? Thx

I belive you are "supposed" to do 10 days of each. But if level one was too easy, I'd say move to level 2.0

Agree with the previous poster.
I did 10 days of each level per the program the first time I did it, but I was horribly out of shape before I started. This time I'm following the program again but I might switch it up a bit more as I get further in. I've toyed with the idea of doing Level 1 one day, Level 2 the next day, Level three the next, then back to Level 1, etc.0
