So, after about 2 weeks on level one (missed some days) I moved to level 2 yesterday. We have a weight loss challenge going on at work so I weigh in every Thursday. Last week I gained 2.2 lbs (lost 17 lbs the first 4 weeks). Now I know that as I build muscle I will "gain" weight but I was just wondering what everyone is eating to compensate for all this muscle building. I know protein is good...I drink a protein drink after every workout. But should I be eating protein at every meal? I start at eating 1200 calories per day and increase that based on the exercise I enter on this site...so maybe 2000 calories per day.
