I just thought I'd share what we did yesterday for those who couldn't make it.
First, we talked about mindful eating(our homework) and how we used it since our last meeting.
Then, we really just talked about food labels and how to read them. And how to look for % of Daily Value, so you know what you are really eating, and remembering to eat products with the lowest amount of ingredients listed.

Did you find this stuff helpful. This being my third time around, I don't even go to the Nutrition classes anymore. I'm pretty sure I know what to do but my challenge is in making the right food choices and keeping up with my exercise.

Honestly, no it didn't help me. Like you said, I pretty much know what I need to do and look for. I just go in case she decides to discuss anything new.0
