    I've done awesome this week! I've lost 2.2 lbs for a total of 11.8 pounds so far! Getting close to that 15 pound goal I had set for these 10 weeks1 YAY!

    Had a bad weekend. Went home to see family and friends, and ate out a practically every meal. My body feels like crap and I am ready to get back to my normal eating habits this week.

    I'm protesting since I was lifting yesterday and I am up again today, BUT all my BF% calcs via messurements and my handheald are saying I am down almost 1%.

    The wrong part of the scale is moving. I started weight lifting and doing resistance training instead of big long runs because I was seeing my scale drop but my body fat increase. Now nothing is dropping. Sigh.

    Everyone is doing wonderful! It is so nice to see such great results for others...even if I am at a standstill. Second week in a row with no loss - I actuall went up .3 this week. I am going to contribute it to the weight training since my trainer has really stepped it up this week by adding some heavier weights. I never took measurements but I am going to for the next challenge. I know that I am losing inches since I can feel it in my clothes.

    tracking havent lost so didnt update me progress, or lack of lol
    gotta figure out something ......

    I think those that have posted are doing great! You may not have a loss this week, but keep going! You are still lapping everybody on the couch! Remember all those small losses add up to big ones down the road! You are doing this for you and it is SO worth it!

    Not much of a loss, but on a TOM week ANY loss is a good one in my book! :)

    I don't what's happening but I'm not gaining :sad: . Actually, one scale said I gained and one said I'm at a stand still. Not sure which one to believe but bulking is not going the way I planned at all! The one that said I gained is showing that the majority of the gain was fat and very little muscle, WTH!!!! I seriously want to cry. I'm trying something different this week to shake things up, hope it works.

    I am 143.6, 1.6 lbs away from the 9.6 lb goal I set for myself!!! I didn't think I could do it but I am almost there!!!!! Now I'm really fired up for that last push to the finish line!
