I think those that have posted are doing great! You may not have a loss this week, but keep going! You are still lapping everybody on the couch! Remember all those small losses add up to big ones down the road! You are doing this for you and it is SO worth it!

6Jan: 198.8 lbs
13Jan: 198.8 (0)
20Jan: 197.0 (-1.8)
27Jan: 194.8 my first actual loss since Christmas! (-2.2)
3Feb: 193.4 ok, looking like a loss again.. (-1.4)
10Feb: 194.6 back up.. /sigh (+1.2)
no weight loss here
24Feb: 191.2 (-3.4)
3Mar: 190.6 (0.6)
Not much of a loss, but on a TOM week ANY loss is a good one in my book!0 -
I don't what's happening but I'm not gaining :sad: . Actually, one scale said I gained and one said I'm at a stand still. Not sure which one to believe but bulking is not going the way I planned at all! The one that said I gained is showing that the majority of the gain was fat and very little muscle, WTH!!!! I seriously want to cry. I'm trying something different this week to shake things up, hope it works.0

I am 143.6, 1.6 lbs away from the 9.6 lb goal I set for myself!!! I didn't think I could do it but I am almost there!!!!! Now I'm really fired up for that last push to the finish line!0 -

Once again, notta...I am starting to see a pattern emerge..Lose two pounds, stall 4 weeks, lose 2lbs...Ugh! Following this logic, I should lose 2 more this week, so here's to keeping fingers and toes crossed!0
