Ok so I didn't start March 1st like everyone else. My DVD didn't come until last night. But I am going to take some measurements and start tonight. I will be two days behind everyone but don't give up on me.

    I started yesterday as well,.....hard as hell,...longest 20 minutes of my life,...I just kept reminding myself,..."ive had three children and gone through labor naturally,...i can do this",....im focused and excited despite it, i super anxious to see RESULTS! Glad there is a group for this and we are all starting same time or there abouts,....
